Our team of qualified specialists understand the importance of how good surface preparation will promote longevity of any coating system. We can deliver a wide range of surface preparation including high pressure washing to remove contaminants such as chlorides, acids, oil and grease. Then using one of our various blasting systems including vapour blasting, ice mixed media blasting and traditional dry grit blasting to clean and profile the surface to paint manufacturers and client’s specification’s. In locations where blasting is not an option our team can deliver quality surface preparation by means of hand and power tools.
We also specialise in multi component coating systems as well as tank and vessel linings. Our expert team can carry out coating application using spraying techniques including conventional airless and air-assisted airless. Our team of NACE inspectors are capable of carrying out routine inspections throughout surface preparation and coating application to ensure work conforms to client’s specification’s.
